Charley Hull carded six birdies and one bogey for a 67 in the second round of the Aramco Team Series Riyadh Individual Event. However, Pia Babnik fared better, carding seven birdies and no bogeys for a 65. The Slovakian shot the same score the day before.

Speaking to the Ladies European Tour (LET) News Service after the second round of the Aramco Team Series Riyadh, Hull said:

"It’s a fun golf course to play. I like chasing, it’s more fun. I think I’m playing with Pia [Babnik] tomorrow who is leading so I’m sure I’ll get a rough idea of what I need to do. I’m just going to try and play lights out."

LET Rookie of the Year 2024, Chiara Tamburlini, continues to make merits to also win the MVP award for the season. This Friday she won the Aramco Team Series team competition, a historic result in itself.

Team Tamburlini won with a score of 43-under and a 10-stroke win margin, a record for the event. Tamburlini also became the first captain to win back-to-back events in the series, having won the team event in Shenzhen a month ago.
