2024 BMW PGA Championship Round 1 tee times and pairings explored

The 2024 BMW PGA Championship is all set to be held from September 19 to 22 at the Wentworth Club, United Kingdom. The tournament will be headlined by the likes of Rory McIlroy and Billy Horschel and boasts a prize purse of $9 million.

The tournament comes just days before the 2024 Presidents Cup, which will begin on September 23. The BMW PGA Championship Pro-Am featuring Andy Murray, Gareth Bale and other stars was held one day ahead of the actual pro tournament.

Coming into this weekend, Rory McIlroy is on the hunt for a win after losing out last week at the Irish Open. He will tee if off alongside Justin Rose and Ryan Fox at 3:40 am ET. Billy Horschel will tee it up with Aaron Rai and Nicolai Hojgaard at 7:35 am ET.

Other notable groups to watch out for at the 2024 BMW PGA Championship include Matthieu Pavon, Adam Scott and Sepp Straka (4:05 am) as well as Robert MacIntyre, Jesper Svensson and Shane Lowry (3:50 am).
