2025 PGA Tour Champions schedule to have a record $69 million prize money

The 2025 PGA Tour Champions schedule will have a record purse of $69 million in prize money. The schedule includes 25 regular season events and three playoff tournaments. To execute these tournaments, the tour will visit three countries and 25 states next year.

PGA Tour Champions president Miller Brady recently said he was excited for the upcoming year, as 2024 neared its end.

“As we prepare for a thrilling finale to our 2024 season, I’m excited to share the 2025 PGA TOUR Champions schedule…Next season promises even greater heights for the Champions Tour, as we continue to build on the tremendous foundation already in place,” Miller Brady said (via The PGA TOUR official website).

He continued:

“The partnership we share with our title sponsors and tournaments is second to none and their support can be seen across our Tour, from the increased purses to the charitable support in the local communities where we play."
"In 2025, we’re thrilled to welcome the James Hardie Pro Football Hall of Fame invitational – which will provide unique and exciting opportunities for fans of golf and football – as well as the new team format at the American Family Insurance Championship. The 2025 season is sure to be a thrilling one, and we look forward to another fantastic year," Brady added.

The 2025 PGA Tour Champions season will start with the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai. The tournament will be played from January 16 to 18.
