On Friday, June 28, Akshay Bhatia fired a 5-under 67 to maintain his lead at the Rocket Mortgage Classic after two rounds. Aaron Rai shot 7-under 65 to join Bhatia for the two-stroke lead after 36 holes.
So far, the Rocket Mortgage Classic has been quite low scoring, and hence the cutline was also set as low as 4-under after Friday's round. Players finishing below T60 missed the cut this week.
