Amanda Balionis heads out to the beach for a quick run as she gets sponsored by budding protein shake brand

Amanda Balionis, the golf reporter whose rumored fling with a star golfer pushed her to further prominence outside of her career, recently shared some content on her social media pages. She showed off her morning routine, saying that she missed those early starts in Nantucket.

In the reel she posted, Balionis can be seen going for a jog. It's unclear how far she traveled, but she came back to the same place. When she returns, she goes back inside the house to prepare a protein shake. Once that was done, the reporter changed and headed down to the beach to sip on her drink while enjoying the waves and the views.

She said that her vacation mode was activated and that the reporter is "loving the new look" of her drink. The drink got a special shoutout on her story, as she provided the recipe and guidance for her followers. She called it "healthy", "easy", and "efficient."

All it takes to eat healthy even while on vacation is to use super greens, probiotics, and digestive enzymes. It doesn't hurt to try the KaChava protein powder she uses, either.

Amanda Balionis traded in golf course for NFL turf

Amanda Balionis began her reporting career largely covering golf but has since transitioned to the NFL. This season, she's working as a sideline reporter for CBS Sports. Most recently, she was on the field for the matchup between the Carolina Panthers and Los Angeles Chargers.

Her 2024 golf season, which included huge tournaments and home-wrecking allegations due to a rumored relationship with married Rory McIlroy (though the official reports are that their relationship has only been professional), ended and she picked up another role.

Via The Daily Mail, she said:

"This year had it all. From historic moments to heart-shattering events and every other emotion you can imagine in between. I love this game. I love working in sports."

Amanda Balionis went on to say that competing at this level requires and produces "constant examples of inspiration, drama, unbridled joy, resilience, growth, and teamwork."

She also said:

"It's an honor to be a very small part of a tremendous team that brings these moments and stories to life each weekend. If we left you with one new favorite player, or one memorable moment you shared with loved ones than we have done our jobs. Catch ya on the NFL sidelines until next season!"

Her parting words seem to indicate that she'll be back on PGA Tour courses for golf next season, presumably when the FedEx Cup kicks off in January, but is going to continue working NFL sidelines in the meantime.
