Brooks Koepka returns to his ‘favorite course in the world’ after LIV Golf season’s end
Following the conclusion of the LIV Golf season, Brooks Koepka is all set to return to the DP World Tour with the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. The golfer will be back in action this week at St Andrews, which he calls his favorite golf course.
The 2024 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship will tee off on October 3 to 6 and will be played at three different golf courses in St. Andrews, Scotland, UK.
On Monday, September 29, Brooks Koepka arrived at St. Andrews ahead of the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship. The golfer shared a few photos of him practicing at the Old Course.
"Always good to be back at my favorite course in the world, ready for a good week at @dunhilllinks," he wrote.
Last month, Koepka confirmed his participation in the DP World Tour event, making it his fifth appearance here.
"I've been fortunate to play in several Dunhill Links, as well as two Open Championships at St Andrews over the years, and these trips are always highlights to my year," Koepka said in the official statement last month.
"I love Links golf and St Andrews is my favourite course in the world. I could play there every day for the rest of my life and never get tired of it, " he added," he added.

The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship will feature some of the top names on the DP World Tour. Rory McIlroy is the highest-ranked player competing this week. The other names include Robert MacIntyre and defending champion Matt Fitzpatrick.

The Alfred Dunhill Links Championship will feature 168 players who will compete on different courses each day. The cutline will be set after 54 holes, and the final round will be played at the Old Course.
The purse for the 2024 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship is $4.8 million, and the winner will bag an $816,000 share. In addition, he will also earn 5,000 Race to Dubai points and 1,500 Ryder Cup points.
