Brooks Koepka’s wife Jena shares son Crew’s first play-date with friend born six weeks apart
Brooks Koepka's wife Jena Sims recently shared images from son Crew's playdate. The Koepka-Sims couple welcomed their son on July 27 last year.
Recently, Sims posted several photos and a video to her Instagram stories, showing Crew enjoying time with her friend Jenny Ting Crawford's child.
She added that they had the opportunity to bring Crew for a playdate with Corbin after a year of the two children's births. Crew was born six weeks before the due date, Sims has previously shared.
She shared pictures of the two infants playing together, writing:
"Took us a year to get them together"
"Our due dates were 6 weeks apart (Crew had other plans obviously), Corbin was right on schedule @jennytingting"
Sims also posted a video of a night out with Crawford, as they strolled with their babies.
She wrote in the caption,
"This was the other night, but I still can't believe we’re pushing strollers now, lol," she captioned the video.
Sims added, "Crew was running around the seafood bar, eating fries barefoot, much more believable."
Earlier this year, Sims celebrated Crew’s first birthday, sharing a video that captured his journey from birth through his first year.
While Sims enjoys her time with Crew, Brooks Koepka is gearing up for this week's final LIV Golf Individual event, in Chicago.
When will Brooks Koepka tee off at the 2024 LIV Golf Chicago?
LIV Golf Chicago is a three-day event that begins Friday, September 13. Players will have a shotgun start, meaning all players will tee off at the same time, but on different holes in groups of three.
Brooks Koepka will start his round on the third hole, alongside Dean Burmester and Bryson DeChambeau, at 12:15 p.m. ET. The event will have its final round on Sunday, September 15.
Koepka will enter the tournament ranked seventh in the LIV Golf standings. So far, he has played in 12 events this season and recorded some impressive results.
He kicked off the season at the Mayakoba event, finishing in fifth place. He has won two tournaments this season, in Singapore and Greenbrier. In addition to his two overall wins, the five-time Major winner has also recorded three top-10 finishes at the Mayakoba, Adelaide, and Houston events.
Aside from LIV Golf events, Koepka has also competed in the 2024 Majors. Although he made the cut in all four Majors, he did not have any notable finishes. The American tied for 45th at the Masters, for 26th at both the PGA Championship and the U.S. Open, and for 43rd at The Open Championship.
Notably, LIV Golf Chicago is a season-ending individual event. After this, the Saudi circuit players will head to the Team Championship in Dallas, which is scheduled for later this month.
