Brooks Koepka’s wife Jena Sims gets invited to a “top secret” gym to workout with make-up on
Brooks Koepka's wife Jena Sims is a prominent social media personality. She is an actress and a model who often shares anecdotes of her life with her followers.
Recently, she took to Instagram to share some exciting news as she was invited to the Alo gym which is supposedly vey "top secret." The SI model sported a white Alo onesie and had put on make-up to go to the gym, something she said she had done "for the first time" in her life. She finished off her look with colourful Nike shoes and "sparkly" white Nike socks. She said in her story:
"I am not going to any gym. I am going to workout at the top secret, no memberships allowed Alo gym. I am so excited."
Jena Sims further explained what all people worked out at the Alo gym.
"It's kind of like this mysterious place that all these crazy models, like huge name models go and take pilates and personal training. There's a lot of athletes in there."
The 35-year-old further revealed that one has to know someone at the gym to get access. She then dived in to explain how she got to go there.
"You have to know someone to go. And I happen to know the gatekeeper very very well of the Alo gym. Her and I used to date the same guys and we actually bonded over because I used to stalk the c*** out of her on Instagram and now we are friends."
Although she didn't reveal who this friend was, Sims gave a sneak peak of the Alo gym to her followers.
Alo Yoga is a premium athletic apparel retailer headquartered in Los Angeles, US. It is a popular brand among celebrities including Kendall Jenner, Taylor Swift, Gigi Hadid, Hailey Bieber, and now Jena Sims as well it seems. Alo also has its own chain of yoga studios.

Jena Sims and Brooks Koepka got married at a beach ceremony in 2022. They welcomed their son, Crew, in 2023. During her pregnancy, Sims had a conversation with US Weekly as part of the promotion for her association with non-profit organization Baby Quest.
During this conversation, she revealed the struggles she was facing:
"I didn’t start showing until I was about six months because I am just a naturally thin person. There are so many times that I would just tell people I’m expecting and they’re like, 'Where’s that baby? No, you’re not,' (and it felt) like I had to prove something, and that’s, almost like a form of body-shaming."
Brooks Koepka and Jena Sims made their relationship public at the 2017 US Open. The former is one of the most recognizable golfers and the constant public attention had its fair share of struggles for them.
"Your expectation of how my pregnancy should look or how I’m supposed to carry is not my responsibility… Because my husband is already in, like, such a public spotlight, we are under a microscope."
She further delved into the "unsolicitated opinions" and mean comments that she recieved and how she chose to deal with them.
"I know everyone is like, ‘Just get ready for the unsolicited advice, everybody has an opinion on what I should be doing [and] what I shouldn’t be doing. And then the other people, because I can’t travel with Brooks, they’re telling me that I’m a terrible wife 'cause I can’t be there to support him.' I’m literally taking care of myself … but at the end of the day, I just have to do what’s right for me, and if the doctors aren’t concerned, I’m not concerned."
On the golf course, Brooks Koepka's team Smash GC suffered a shock loss to Kevin Na's Iron Heads GC in the quarterfinals of LIV Golf Dallas. The team finished 13th in the 2024 LIV Golf team championship. Koepka had a round of 8-over during Sunday's season finale.
