Bryson DeChambeau stands on the roadside holding a sign to spread an important message
Bryson DeChambeau posted a video tutorial on his Instagram account (where he is followed by more than 1.7 million fans) to improve any golfer's putting skills. DeChambeau didn't just post the video, he did it in a very original way.
The reigning US Open champion posted a picture of himself holding a sign that read:
"Send this to a friend who always 3 putts."
Those who slide the image to the right have access to the video in which Bryson DeChambeau himself explains his personal method for training putting range. The post has had over 43,000 interactions in just two hours.
Bryson DeChambeau explains in his tutorial that his method for training putting distance is to use a ruler placed on the ground. On the ruler, DeChambeau marks the distance his putter must travel for the ball to travel 10 feet, 20 feet, 30 feet, etc.
DeChambeau also explained that he combines the marks on the ruler with the position of his back (right) foot to use it as a reference during tournaments. That way, he said, he can give the ball the speed it needs to travel the distance he wants.
In addition to more than 1.7 million followers on Instagram, Bryson DeChambeau is followed by more than 467,000 fans on X. His YouTube channel has over 1.57 million subscribers.
