Rahm started the third round with a birdie on the second hole. But he made two consecutive bogeys on the fourth and fifth holes before the game called for the day.
Brooks Koepka began the third round with a birdie on the second hole and added -1 to his last-round score of -12.
Jon Rahm finished the second round with a score of -10, two strokes behind the lead. However, he sank a birdie on the second to make the score a deficit of 11. But his next two bogeys wrapped up his game with a scoring deficit of 9.
