Charley Hull drops '12 days of Christmas' workout routine for fans after 'smashing' her gym session

Charley Hull has continued her gym session series and has now posted a 12-day Christmas routine for her fans. The World No. 10 golfer’s routine featured running, burpees, dumbbells, and other exercises.

On Thursday, December 25, Hull took to her Instagram story to share details about her gym session.

"Xmas gym session smashed give it a a go," she wrote.

Hull then proceeded to explain her routine, which included cardio and burpees. In the Instagram story, she shared details about her hardcore training session, featuring grueling strength exercises. Here's the sequence:

  • 1. 10 cals ski
  • 2. reps double bd thrusters 8-10kg
  • 3. reps double db cleans
  • 4. double db step overs 8-10kg
  • 5. burpee box jump over
  • 6. 300m run
  • 7. dball slams 12kg
  • 8. dball over shoulder 12kg
  • 9. press ups
  • 10. row calls
  • 11. wall balls
  • 12. kb swings
"This is your 12 days of Christmas workout It is exactly like the song. You complete it like this 1. 2-1,3-2-1, 4-3-2-1, 5-4-3-2-1 etc, etc until you get all the way Etc through to 12."
"So it will look like this 10 ski cals, 2 double db thrusters, 10 ski cals, 3 double be cleane, 2 double db thrusters, 10 ski cals, 4 double do step overs, 3 cleans, 2 thrusters, 10 ski cal, and so on all the way until 12," she added.

Charley Hull warns fans about scammers after social media impersonation incident

Earlier this month, Charley Hull was forced to warn her fans about the scammers after recent incidents of them getting fooled by the fake accounts.

"I will never ask for money or gift cards in exchange for meet & greets or fan club membership," she wrote in an Instagram post. "These clubs are fake and run by scammers.
"My team and I only use my official social media accounts, @charley.hull (Instagram) @hullcharley (X) at ALL times, there are no exceptions. I am not on Tik Tok. There are so many fake accounts out there claiming to be me, if you are contacted by them please please report. Let's all stick together so we can beat the scammers," she added.

Charley Hull had a decent 2024 season, making five top-ten finishes in seventeen starts and finishing 31st in the Race to CME Globe standings. She also ended her professional title drought by winning the LET's Aramco Team Series Riyadh.
