Charley Hull flaunts her enormous home gym & sauna in latest Instagram story

English golfer Charley Hull has pulled the curtains down on her 2024 season. With some free time on her hands, she is engaging with her fans online.

Hull has been very active on social media of late. On Tuesday, she took to Instagram to give her fans a small tour of her home gym, sauna, ice bath and swim room. All these high-tech facilities are situated in the same area of her house.

The sauna room and ice bath are positioned on the porch, leading into a state-of-the-art home gym via a sliding door. Hull is frequently seen training in this gym, which boasts dumbbells, treadmills, weight plates, a cable machine, medicine balls, Swiss balls, and more.

However, the shining crown of Charley Hull's home gym is the large golf simulation screen and the custom mats, with her name on it, placed on the floor to help the Briton with her swing actions. The striking tee mats are surrounded by putting turfs.

The screen is positioned on a lower platform, distinct from the main gym floor. Adjacent to it stands an impressive array of golf bags, showcasing Hull's passion for the sport. Bean bags are placed in front of the screen, likely for viewing during tournaments.

In October this year, Charley Hull set up a large simulation screen in her home gym to help with her golf practice. The screen would especially come in handy when the weather gets snowy or rainy and she can't go out on a golf course to practice.

The state-of-the-art simulator was developed by Golf Sims Room, a Surrey based firm. Hull's launch monitor is from Foresight's GC Quad. The British golfer was more than happy with the output as she said: (via Bunkered)

"It’s unbelievable, like I didn’t realise how big it was going to be,"

The simulator room cost Hull around £40,000. She posted a promotional teaser for the screen writing:

"Absolutely love my new swing studio at my house, big thanks to Golf Sims Rooms (and) Optoma for setting this up. Currently just finishing my gym and once that’s done, I’ll post a full video.. It will look mega. I’m so happy that I have this for the upcoming winter months,"

Charley Hull was last seen at the CME Group Tour Championship where she placed T16.
