“Chef’s kiss” – Max Homa approves ‘hilarious’ reply from fans on edgy ‘boys trip’ tweet
Max Homa approved hilarious fan comments on a boys' trip suggestion. A fan account, Tour Golf, which proudly claims to be the "Best Twitter Golf Account", mockingly shared a tweet they attributed to Max Homa, proposing a boys' trip.
The golf fan account is best known for sharing funny posts on their X account, with around 300.5K followers. They claimed to be the satirical golf version of The Babylon Bee, which is known for sharing fake news.
Recently, the Tour Golf shared satirical news claiming Max Homa suggested a boy's trip and his fellow PGA Tour players Kevin Kisner and Justin Thomas agreed on it.
"Just once, I’d like to go on a boys' trip where we catch up on sleep and relax as much as possible instead of pushing our bodies to the absolute limit," read the tweet, which Tour Golf posted, claiming it was written by Max Homa.
The account also shared screenshots of assumed replies from Kisner and Thomas, agreeing with Homa's comment. Interestingly, the tweet caught Max Homa’s attention, and he enjoyed the comments on the post and approved the suggestion by writing:
"Some of the comments to this are *chef’s kiss* hilarious😂. Reading comprehension is a lost art like the mid range jumper."
Below are some fans' reactions to the Tour Golf's post:
"Hmmm. I'm sure being a world class tour pro isn't easy but Max could retire today and relax for the rest of his life," a fan wrote.
"That is called a fishing trip," another fan commented.
"JT is fully committed to being a full blown degenerate on the boys trip , and that’s the kind of energy you need," one more fan wrote.
Meanwhile, on the greens, Max Homa had last competed at the 2024 BMW Championship and was tied for the T33 position.
