Rose conducted a contest on his X (formerly Twitter) account, asking people to share their favorite memories of the 2024 Paris Olympics in the comments section of his post. The best entry would win some rare Olympic memorabilia.

Golf returned to the Olympics for the first time in 2016 since 1904. Rose secured the gold medal for Great Britain at the Rio 2016 Games' men's event.
Xander Schauffele won gold at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics for the USA, and for the second time in a row, the USA secured the gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics, with Scottie Scheffler taking home the top prize. Great Britain's Tommy Fleetwood won silver.
