“I demand a refund” – Fans react to LIV Golf’s day 2 of team roster reveal

LIV Golf has announced its new roster for 2023. This year, 12 teams will be competing to win a whopping amount of prize money.

The Saudi-backed series unveiled its initial roster on February 15, which eventually became a topic of gossip among fans. With a few changes and team members' names, LIV Golf has released its new roster.

Apparently, this did not settle well among fans as they expressed their disappointment in the comments section. One user asked LIV Golf for a refund as last year's team, Niblicks GC, was not mentioned on the roster.

"I demand a refund for my Niblicks merch," a user tweeted.

Niblick GC and Punch GC retired and two new teams were added to the roster.

LIV Golf has announced the members of eight teams. The remaining four team members will be out on Monday, February 20.

Sebastian Munoz and Mito Pereira join LIV Golf

The 2023 LIV Golf roster confirmed that Sebastian Munoz and Mito Pereira joined the newly formed series. They were rumored to have signed a deal with LIV a while before it was confirmed.

LIV Golf could have some new names, which will be revealed on Monday when the full roster of the year is announced publicly.

Fans were not happy with the three captains of one team. Noticeably, Ian Poulter, Henrik Stenson, and Lee Westwood will serve as the captains of Majesticks GC.

Dustin Johnson will once again serve as the captain of Aces GC, composed of Patrick Reed, Peter Uihlein, and Pat Perez. It is important to note that the Aces won the tournament last year.
