Tiger Woods recently sent a special message to journalists along with his new Sunday Red apparel. He chose 82 individuals under his Tiger-82 initiative to signify his PGA Tour wins and gifted them his latest launch.

Woods is an 82-time winner on the PGA Tour and is the joint-winningest player in history. Earlier this year, he parted ways with Nike and launched his clothing line named Sunday Red, signifying his tradition of wearing red on the final rounds of events.

On Monday, November 4, Claire Rogers of Golf.com shared a note she received from Tiger Woods' clothing line. The golf veteran started the note by thanking her and others for participating in Tiger-82. He added that the chosen 82 individuals symbolized Sunday Red's brand values of 'competitiveness, confidence, and meticulousness' in their respective fields.

"I started Sun Day Red to be a brand for athletes, by athletes," he continued. "Everything we do starts with the athlete at the center, and I've poured all the knowledge I've gained from my years into everything we're creating. I firmly believe you can play better based on the construction of what you wear to maximize your performance, and we've brought my insights and secrets to Sun Day Red.
"When people wear Sun Day Red, we believe it represents three things: your love of competing, the confidence you bring to your arena, and the meticulousness in how you approach your day-to-day to achieve your goals," he added.

Tiger Woods' Sun Day Red launches ball marker priced at $50

Tiger Woods' apparel line, Sun Day Red, recently launched two new limited edition Half Moon ball markers. The markers feature the line's logo of a 15-stripe tiger on one side and a half-moon design on the other. However, the price of these markers is a whopping $50, which is on the higher end for common folks.

This is not the only instance when Sun Day Red's item prices have been a bit ridiculous. A couple of months ago, they launched a Cashmere Collection, which was sported by the 15-time major champion during this year's PGA Championship.

The price of the 3D Tour Cashmere Vest was listed at $300, while the sweatshirt cost $350. Similarly, their 3D Tour hoodie was priced at an eye-watering $375, and the quarter zip cost $350. A crew sweatshirt was comparatively cheaper, with a $300 price tag.
