Famous country musician Riley Green opens up about performing with John Daly
John Daly's love for and connection with music is well known, and a recent appearance at Riley Green's concert details the same. This year, Geen announced his tour titled, "Ain't My Last Rodeo Tour." During a concert in Iowa, Ripley treated fans to an appearance from Daly.
The American golf legend treated fans by singing "Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door." During an interview at the CMA Fest at the Hardrock Cafe in Nashville, Riley spoke about his experience of performing with Daly, sharing that he had to physically pull him off the stage.
Green said:
“He’s a character. It’s hard to bring somebody like that out on stage because his personality is so much bigger than mine — he almost enjoys it more than me so it’s hard to drag him back off the stage. [He was out there] as long as I’d let him be. I had to physically go and get the mic from him.”
