Nelly Korda 'on the move again' after playing at the Merion East Golf Club, taking a break from the LPGA Tour

World No.1 Nelly Korda has had an exhausting 2024 season and finally decided to catch her breath. She took to Instagram to share some life updates with her followers.

Korda was last seen at the Kroger Queen City Championship, where she tied for fifth place. The US golfer is taking a break from the LPGA Tour for four weeks, possibly to get some much-needed rest and recovery. She is one of the several top players to give the 2024 NW Arkansas Open a miss.

Recently, Korda posted a string of photos and videos on her Instagram stories to keep her followers updated as she enjoyed her break.

Korda first reposted Seiji Liu's story featuring her playing golf at the Merion Golf Club in Pennsylvania. Liu is a former golfer and now the COO of Forme, a wellness-focused wearable technology company.

Nelly Korda then shared a quirky video of her having a meal in a restaurant. While initially showing the dishes laid out on the table, Korda shifted her angle to the mirrored ceiling.

The 26-year-old later posted a story of her standing in what appeared to be a hotel room. Her room had a great view of the cityscape. She captioned the picture:

"On the move again. Where to now?"

Nelly Korda placed T5 at the recently concluded Kroger Queen City Championship at TPC River's Bend in Maineville, US. Many golfers who had taken part in the Solheim Cup, including Korda, looked tired.

She acknowledged the fatigue of the past week. She said via ASAP Sports:

"Even though you're tired this week, I mean, with everything that went on last week, you're tired but not tired of golf. Coming out here and competing, doing what I love just gives me a little bit more energy boost."

Korda will next be seen at the BMW Ladies Championship, which will be held from October 17-20 in South Korea.
