"Not a regular occurrence" - Wesley Bryan continues hilarious comments toward brother after failing to make the John Deere Classic cut

Wesley Bryan failed to make the cut at the 2024 John Deere Classic, securing 1-over on the leaderboard after Round 2. The golfer scored 69 and 74 over the two days, which wasn't enough to qualify for the weekend.

Following that, Bryan made a hilarious post on X, sharing a message for his brother, George.

“George, I told you working weekends would not be a regular occurrence. I’m ready to get back to work @bryanbrosgolf,” Wesley Bryan wrote.

This wasn't the first time Wesley shared a funny post addressing his brother online. Five days ago, when the player made it to Saturday at the 2024 Rocket Mortgage Classic, he had a similarly cheeky message for George on X:

“George, I’m sorry I will not be able to come into work this weekend because I actually made the cut and have to play 2 more tournament rounds. I can assure you that this will not be a regular occurrence and we can get back to filming YouTube videos on Monday. My apologies.”

The Bryan brothers have a YouTube channel with 383k subscribers where they teach golf tricks and post other golf-related videos.

Puerto Rico Open: The event took place in March at Grand Reserve Country Club and was the golfer's first appearance this year. He scored 1-over 145 with scores of 71 and 74 in the first two days, missing the cut and unable to play on the weekend.

The CJ Cup Bryon Nelson: This event took place in May at TPC Craig Ranch. Bryan secured 74 and 70 to end up at 2-over 144. His score didn't allow him to continue and Taylor Pendrith went on to clinch the title.
