Paige Spiranac expresses delight as she makes it 3 for 3 with 2024 Major picks

While his fans were obviously elated to see him win, a notable figure who was delighted with DeChambeau's triumph was Paige Spiranac. Ahead of the tournament, Spiranac had picked Scottie Scheffler, Bryson DeChambeau, or Colin Morikawa to win the event at Pinehurst No. 2.

Tony Finau, Rory McIlroy, and Patrick Cantlay trailed closely behind Bryson DeChambeau, who secured the 2024 U.S. Open victory. While McIlory finished in second place, Cantlay and Finau tied for third. French golfer Mathieu Pavon finished in 5th place with a score of 3-under.
