Paige Spiranac gives her opinion on Taylor Swift’s boyfriend Travis Kelce and brother’s “best beer in the market”
Paige Spiranac reacted to the news of star NFL siblings Travis and Jason Kelce being the new investors in Garage Beer on June 12. This is a brand that Spiranac herself has been associated with in the past.
The former professional golfer reacted on her X account (formerly Twitter), posting the following text:
"We know you’re a humble man but you can admit @drinkgaragebeer is the best beer on the market."
This post by Paige Spiranac was in response to an earlier post by Jason Kelce, showing his satisfaction with this new joint venture with his brother. Jason posted:
"It’s pretty good!"
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Jason and Travis Kelce are now the biggest investors in Garage Beer. It is a light beer brand that has experienced rapid growth in the U.S. market.
The same report assures that this is the first business venture in which the Kelce brothers are involved together.
Garage Beer is a Columbus Ohio-based brand that was spun off in 2023 from brewer Braxton Brewing Co. The beer has 4% alcohol and 95 calories. It is distributed in 13 states and is expected to reach 12 others soon.
Former National Football League (NFL) star Jason Kelce and his brother Travis, who still plays for the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs, are both Ohio natives. The two broke the news about their new venture on Wednesday's broadcast of the 'New Heights' podcast they host together.
In making the news public, Jason had this to say (via the Business Journal):
"People crave quality and simplicity and Garage Beer nails both for me. We are light beer drinkers and Garage is the best light beer. For me, the brand fits my lifestyle and having a few beers is a great excuse to get the neighbors together."
Paige Spiranac's relationship with Garage Beer
Paige Spiranac is one of the personalities associated with sports who have collaborated with Garage Beer in its short life as an independent venture. Spiranac has participated in two advertising campaigns for the brand.
The first took place in August 2023, when Garage Beer and Spiranac launched a putting contest that was won by Johnny Quenan of Arlington Heights, Illinois. His prize was a free supply of a case of Garage Beer weekly for a year.
The second collaboration between Garage Beer and Paige Spiranac was launched more recently, this past February, and offered the winner the chance to play a round of golf with the influencer.
The promotion ran from February 15 to April 30, and applicants had to register on Garage Beer's website. The lucky winner will enjoy a round of golf (18 holes) with Spiranac and can also invite three friends.
The results of this second promotion have not yet been made public.
