PGA Tour pro finds a possible problem with Bryson DeChambeau’s swing
PGA Tour pro Michael S. Kim recently pointed out a possible issue with Bryson DeChambeau's golf swing after golf coach Ryan Mouque uploaded a video of the two-time major winner practicing his swing. The American golfer, who is having a fantastic season on the LIV Golf, is preparing to compete at the upcoming Chicago event.
Ahead of the tournament, Mouque shared a nine-second clip of his swing with the caption:
"Here’s some B.A.D action for you. Absolutely zero fades, all draws," Mouque wrote.
Michael S. Kim jumped into the comments section to highlight a problem with the swing. He shared screenshots from the video at the 0:06-second mark, writing:
"Some teachers would say this is way too much face rotation thru impact but obviously works for him," Michael S Kim wrote.
Meanwhile, the 2024 PGA Tour season came to an end with the conclusion of the Tour Championship but Kim struggled with his game. Despite competing in 23 events, he only made the cut in 13 of them.
His best finish was a single top-10 at The American Express and had seven top-25 finishes. Kim ultimately finished 117th in the FedEx Cup standings, missing the opportunity to secure a spot in the FedEx Cup Playoffs. He last participated in the Wyndham Championship but withdrew after three rounds.
