Bryson DeChambeau has joined President-elect Donald Trump on stage for his victory speech. The LIV Golfer, who’s played several rounds of golf with the former President, has clarified his political stance with the move.
DeChambeau, who won the US Open trophy earlier this year, is celebrating the 2024 Presidential Election Day result. It is pertinent to note that the two-time major champion joined Trump alongside the likes of Elon Musk and others at the Mar-a-Lago resort.
Here is Bryson DeChambeau at Donald Trump's victory speech:
Trump, preparing for a second spell in the White House after a victory over Democrat Kamala Harris, called the US Open champion a golf ‘superstar.’ The latter rushed to the stage after the Presidential elect asked paused mid-speech to ask “Where is he? What happened to Bryson?” The former President also cracked a joke by asking if the famous golfer-turned-YouTuber was “hitting balls” mid-event.
Donald Trump said:
"We have up here today the US Open champion Bryson DeChambeau, fantastic. Obviously, he hits the ball slightly longer than me! Just a little bit. Bryson DeChambeau is up here. Where is he? What happened to Bryson? Bryson! He’s hitting balls?... He’s on the way? Bryson. Oh, look at him. He’s got a great carer going. Great US Open, Bryson.”

The tweet shared by DrunkByTheTurn on their X handle has since gone viral.
It is pertinent to note that Trump appeared in an episode of DeChambeau’s prominent YouTube series, Break 50. The episode, featuring the then-Republican candidate, came out in July and garnered around 12 million views. The video also helped raise 250,000 dollars for the Wounded Warrior Project.
Notably, DeChambeau, who shot an impressive 22-under over 18 holes in the scramble format, lauded Trump's golf skills. The former PGA Tour regular admitted to being impressed by the latter’s iron game.
