Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy are fans' favorites among those competing at the 2023 Dell Technologies Match Play. The golfers will compete in the semi-finals against Sam Burns and Cameron Young to qualify for the finals scheduled to take place on Sunday afternoon, March 26.
McIlroy defeated Lucas Herbert in the quarter-finals to take the lead in his group, while Scheffler beat former world No.1 Jason Day with an impressive record to reach the semi-finals. They were joined by Sam Burns and Cameron Young, who defeated Mackenzie Hughes and Kurt Kitayama in the quarter-finals.
Jason Day took the lead in the quarter-final round but fortunately, Scheffler came from behind to take over and won the round with a score of 2&1.
