Scottie Scheffler's caddie, Ted Scott, recently visited the Buffalo Bills and connected with the team’s coach, Sean McDermott. Scott spoke with the team and shared his insights on a winning mentality.
Scott has been Scheffler’s caddie for over three years, and together, the duo has achieved immense success. This season, Scheffler remained red-hot, recording his best season with seven wins and an Olympic gold.
On Friday, November 1, Alaina Getzenberg of ESPN reported that Ted Scott visited the Bills’ camp and spoke to McDermott and the team. She revealed that Scott connected with the Bills through their wide receiver, Keon Coleman, who is also an LA native. The two met through Hope for Opelousas, an after-school program for kids in Opelousas, LA.
The Bills are also having a good season under coach McDermott and quarterback Josh Allen. Despite winning the AFC East for the last four seasons, they haven't reached the Super Bowl since 1993.
Ahead of their game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday, November 3, Scott spoke to the team and will be with them until their game.
As for golf, Scott is not on any new assignment until next year. Scheffler last competed in the playoffs, where he won the FedEx Cup.
