Sergio Garcia has found the ‘perfect person for YouTube Golf’ at LIV Golf Valderrama
Veteran golfer Sergio Garcia said he found the perfect person to play YouTube Golf with at LIV Golf Valderrama. The Spanish golfer is gearing up to compete in the upcoming tournament of the Saudi Circuit.
Prior to the commencement of the event, Garcia practiced at the venue with Chef Jose Andres. He shared a video from the golf course on his X (formerly Twitter) account, writing:
"Back in Valderrama,@chefjoseandres telling me about how he’s played at this course @RcValderrama. 40 times and one game a few years back, 6 pars in a row on the front 9. Perfect person for YouTube Golf."
The upcoming LIV Golf event is scheduled to start with its first round on July 12 at the Real Club Valderrama. It's the only event before the players head to the final major of the year, the British Open.
However, Sergio Garcia will miss the upcoming major. He tried to earn a spot in the field through qualification but failed to make it.
Garcia previously played at the US Open last month after gaining entry at the very last moment. He played well and tied for 12th place at the event.
