"Tom didn't pick my phone" - Jeeno Thitikul reveals hilarious reason for calling partner Tom Kim ahead of Grant Thornton Invitational

Jeeno Thitikul revealed the reason behind calling her playing partner Tom Kim. Thitikul and Kim have been partnered together for the Grant Thornton Invitational, where the pair landed in second place after two rounds.

Following the second round, the duo joined a PGA Tour press conference. In the video, uploaded on the PGA Tour’s X page, Thitikul explained that she called Kim to have matchy outfits but the PGA Tour golfer didn't take her call.

“Tom didn't pick my phone up last week because I think maybe wrong number too…He changed like his phone number all the time. I don't know why but yeah…I just told my manager that, like, call him. Can you call him? And then just tell him, like, to call me back? I'm gonna start packing my, you know outfit and then, can we just like matchy matchy?” Jeeno Thitikul said.

Currently, Kim and Thitikul have a total score of 18 under, which is two shots behind leaders Patty Tavatanakit and Jake Knapp. Kim and Thitikul shot 62 in the first round by firing four birdies on the front nine and four on the back nine with an eagle on hole 14.

The duo shot 64 in the second round with four birdies on the front nine and five on the back nine, along with a bogey.
