WATCH: Bryson DeChambeau goes out of his way mid-round for heartfelt gesture to disabled fan
US golfer Bryson DeChambeau is currently playing at the LIV Golf Dallas event at the Maridoe Golf Club. However, he won hearts of fans when he went out of his way to greet a disabled fan.
The fan had come to the watch golf with her family. She was by the sidelines at a tee when DeChambeau came to greet her and signed her LIV Golf merchandise. The fan and her family appeared to be excited at meeting the 2024 US Open champion. It was certainly a memorable moment for the fan and her family.
Bryson DeChambeau's team Crushers GC led the standings going into the LIV Golf Dallas event. Due to this, the team received a bye into the semi-finals. This advantage was also given to Jon Rahm's Legion XIII and Cameron Smith's Ripper GC, placed second and third respectively.
DeChambeau will be seen on the course on Saturday to fight it out in the semi-finals.

Bryson DeChambeau's team Crushers GC has had an excellent history over the course of LIV Golf. In 2022, the team placed second and then won the championship in 2023. The captain will definitely want to repeat a similar feat.
After receiving a bye in the quarter-finals, Crushers GC appeared on the course in the semi-finals to take on Kevin Na's Iron Heads.
At the time of this writing, Crushers GC is behind in all three head-to-heads. Scott Vincent leads Paul Casey, while DeChambeau is trailing by one to Danny Lee. In the foursomes round, Anirban Lahiri and Charles Howell III are trailing by two to Kevin Na and Jinichiro Kozuma.
Iron Heads GC had previously earned a surprise win over Brooks Koepka's Smash GC 2-1. All teams will be on the course on Sunday in the final round. Tier 1 teams will play for positions 1-4. Tier 2 teams will play for positions 5-8 and Tier 3 teams will play for positions 9-13.
While the Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams will be determined on Saturday, the Tier 3 teams are Brooks Koepka's Smash GC, Joaquin Niemann's Torque GC, Bubba Watson's RangeGoats GC, Martin Kaymer's Cleeks GC, and Majesticks GC captained by Lee Westwood, Ian Poulter, and Henrik Stenson.
