Charlie Woods and Tiger Woods made an impressive start at the PNC Championship 2024, with the duo taking the first-round lead. Junior Woods dazzled throughout the round, showcasing his immense talent with some incredible shots.

On Saturday (December 21), Team Woods carded a 13-under 59 in the first round, thanks to 13 birdies. They ended Day 1 tied for the lead with Team Langer and Team Singh, holding a one-stroke advantage over the field.

One of the standout moments during the opening round came when Charlie Woods made an extraordinary bunker shot. After landing on the green, his ball veered toward the pin and stopped just inches away. The precision of the shot left commentators in awe of the young golfer’s skill.

"My goodness! That was spectacular, gosh," a commentator said in amazement.

Following the first round of the PNC Championship, Charlie Woods said he felt good but struggled with hitting the shots.

"Felt pretty good. I didn't hit it great but Dad saved me on a couple of them and I rolled them in," he said.

Tiger Woods and Charlie will tee off on Sunday, December 22, at 11:07 am ET alongside Bernhard and Jason Langer.

The second round of the PNC Championship will begin at 9:10 a.m. ET Nick Price and Greg Price alongside Gary Player and Alexander Hull will be the first group to tee off on Sunday.
