WATCH: Gareth Bale one-ups Bryson DeChambeau with his impressive skills in 1v1 'crossover juggling'
Former Welsh footballer Gareth Bale recently had a fun time engaging at a golf course with LIV golfer Bryson DeChambeau. Bale one-upped DeChambeau in a 'crossover juggling' match.
The American golfer is gearing up for the upcoming Andalucia event in Spain, and ahead of the tournament, Bale and DeChambeau had some fun on the greens. LIV Golf shared a video of the sports stars juggling a golf ball between themselves, titling it 'The crossover juggle'.
In the video, DeChambeau is seen juggling the ball with his club, before passing the ball to Bale. The latter can then be seen displaying his football skills, juggling the ball on feet and shoulders, and then passing it back to the golfer. However, DeChambeau failed to catch it. They can be seen breaking into loud laughter during this "crossover juggle".

Gareth Bale is an avid golfer. After he announced his sudden retirement from football on January 9, 2023, fans anticipated that he might switch careers to golf. Interestingly, the Welsh superstar is often spotted at official and unofficial golf events.
Soon after his retirement, he played in a Pro-Am tournament on the PGA Tour in 2023. He teamed up with Justin Rose at the Pebble Beach Pro-Am 2023, the duo finishing in a tie for 16th place. He later played in the Ryder Cup All-Star match alongside professional veteran golfer Colin Montgomerie, defeating Corey Pavin and Andriy Shevchenko.
In an interview in 2022 with Today's Golfers, Gareth Bale opened up about his love for the game.
"I love golf. You can play with and against anybody, off different handicaps or playing levels. You can just get out on the course with your friends and get away from everything. I have the bug and every time I tee it up, I want to improve," Bale said.
"Golf is a hobby like anyone else would have a hobby. There is nothing wrong with having a round. People make a lot of it, but a lot of footballers play and it’s one thing I really enjoy. It keeps me calmer off the pitch and gives me time away from football which is nice," he added.
Gareth Bale has been a fan-favorite as a footballer, and people love watching him play golf as well. Meanwhile, Bryson DeChambeau is gearing up to tee off at the 2024 LIV Golf Andalucia event, scheduled to start on July 12.
