WATCH: NFL star Jason Kelce signs a golf fan’s baby at the American Century Championship
NFL star Jason Kelce signed a baby after a fan requested him to do so at the 2024 American Century Championship. The NFL star is participating in the three-day celebrity tournament, which started on Friday, 12 July.
In a video shared on X [formerly twitter], a fan standing on the other side of the rope with a baby can be seen asking Kelce to sign the baby. Kelce agreed, but didn't have a marker, so he asked other fans for one. Eventually, he signed the back of the baby's t-shirt while the baby's caretaker held the baby.

Kelce joined the stellar field of celebrities at the American Century Championship. The 35th edition of the competition started with a practice round on Wednesday, followed by the three-round tournament over the weekend. Following the first round, Kelce tied for 88th place in the field of 90 players. Adam Thielen topped the leaderboard followed by Mardy Fish.
Jason Kelce's one-on-one beer-chugging challenge with a fan at the American Century Championship
Jason Kelce is enjoying his time on and off the course at the American Century Championship. Before hitting the greens, a fan challenged him to a one-on-one beer-chugging challenge.
Kelce accepted the challenge with confidence and chugged a bottle of beer faster than the fan. Meanwhile, a woman can be seen struggling to open her bottle.
A video of the challenge was shared by New Heights Show on its X (formerly Twitter) account, writing:
"'I think I can beat you dude' Come for the king best not miss."
It's not just Jason Kelce competing at the American Century Championship from his family; his brother Travis also joined him on the greens. It is Travis's sixth appearance at the tournament.
Travis Kelce opened up about competing in the event with his brother and other celebrities, including WWE superstar The Miz. He said (via Reno Gazette-Journal):
"It must be those karaoke contests that keep me coming back, because it's definitely not been my golf. I get to play with my brother and The Miz, the Cleveland crew, we'll have some fun out there, and the crowd looks electric. It's always a blast out here in Tahoe."
Travis Kelce had a fair outing in the first round of the celebrity tournament, tying for 62nd place with a score of -2. Meanwhile, The Miz was placed in a tie for 84th place.
Seth Curry settled in solo 12th place, and Josh Allen finished in a tie for 19th place. The tournament will conclude on Sunday, July 14, at Edgewood Tahoe South.
