“Watch this, watch this” – 89-year-old Gary Player shows off his strong abs at the PNC Championship

Gary Player is the oldest golfer on the roster for the 2024 PNC Championship. However, his dedication to fitness is still intact, and he recently showed off his abdominal strength.

The 89-year-old Player is set to return to the PNC Championship, which will tee off on Saturday, December 21, at the Ritz-Carlton Golf Club. He will be teaming up with his grandson, Alexander Hall, in the exhibition event.

On Thursday, December 19, PGA Tour Champions shared a clip in which a journalist asked the South African legend about his gym routine. In response, the nine-time Major champion hit his abs with his hands to exhibit his strength.

"Watch it, watch it. Eight! Shake! Shake!" he says in the video.
