Charley Hull put in six birdies and one bogey to lead the AIG Women's Open after the first round. The 28-year-old played in a group with world number one Nelly Korda and defending champion Lilia Vu.
Korda finished the front nine on one under (two birdies and one bogey) but then carded three birdies and no bogeys on the back nine to move within one stroke of the lead.
Vu, meanwhile, played the first round of the AIG Women's Open with five birdies and two bogeys (2 under) and is T4 after the first 18 holes.
