Who won the 2024 BMW Ladies Championship? Exploring the final leaderboard
Hannah Green won the 2024 BMW Ladies Championship on Sunday, October 20. The Australian golfer secured a one-stroke victory over Celine Boutier at the recently concluded LPGA Tour event, shooting a final round of 71 to finish with a total of 19 under par.
It was the second consecutive year that an Australian golfer won the BMW Ladies Championship, following Minjee Lee's victory last year. Green has been impressive throughout the week in South Korea, shooting four rounds of 64, 64, 70, and 71.
Meanwhile, Boutier finished in solo second place, followed by Chanettee Wannasaen in third place. Hye-Jin Choi and Yu Jin Sung tied for fourth.
The tournament featured some top-ranked golfers, including Rose Zhang, Allisen Corpuz, Lydia Ko, and Maja Stark. Ko finished in a tie for 12th place, while Zhang finished in 18th place, tied with Corpuz and A Lim Kim. Stark finished tied for 41st place. Meanwhile, last year's winner, Minjee Lee, tied for 33rd place.
