WNBA superstar Caitlin Clark’s golf coach opens up about her mentality - “It's also part of her DNA”
Indiana Fever's Caitlin Clark is spending her offseason on the golf course. The 22-year-old is taking her time on the course seriously as she is being tutored by former professional player Martha Foyer-Faulconer. Faulconer, who played on the LPGA Tour from 1987 to 1995, was seen working with Clark at the Crooked Golf Stick Club.
Later, in an interview with Golf Week, Foyer-Faulconer opened up on Clark's progress on the course. She only had positive things to say about her association with Clark.
The former professional golfer said:
"Within the time we were working, we saw some drastic changes. It's also part of her DNA because she's going to do things well. She wants to be as good as she can in everything she touches. She's very driven and passionate. It's fun to work with her. Some of this stuff you can't teach people. They just either have it or they don't."

It's also worth noting that Clark is practicing before she takes on big names like Nelly Korda in a pro-am event called The Annika. This event will take place on November 13 at the Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Florida.
