“You’re screwed”: Bryson DeChambeau and John Daly give the most important golf tip nobody follows

Bryson DeChambeau posted his latest video in the "Break 50" series this Wednesday, August 14th. This time, he was joined by two-time major champion John Daly.

The post has been viewed more than 500,000 times in five hours. At one point, John Daly gives advice to amateur players about a detail that few people notice, but is crucial to improving one's game.

Here's what Daly had to say:

"Get fitted with your grip, not your clubs. The smaller the grip is... if you put your hands on a grip and you take it back and there's a gap between your left arm and your right hand you're screwed. That means you're not controlling the golf club, so go get fitted for grips. Nobody does that." [1:50 - 2:10]

This video was shot at the Old Hickory Country Club in Nashville, Tennessee. Bryson DeChambeau and John Daly failed to break 50 as they finished at 18-under 53.

Recently, Bryson DeChambeau made a video for the same "Break 50" series that former U.S. President Donald Trump participated in. On that occasion, they were just one stroke away from completing the challenge as they finished with a score of 22 under 50.

However, the video was intended to raise money for U.S. veterans. The effort raised more than $250,000. It also received more than 11 million views.
