Tiger Woods denies agreeing tenancy deal with ex-girlfriend Erica Herman
Tiger Woods and his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman are currently in court for a domestic dispute. There is also the question of whether or not Woods and Herman hold a lease on the Florida property that is at issue here.

According to a number of media reports, attorneys for Woods have declared on their client's behalf that the celebrated golfer and Herman do not have a lease.
Herman says that Tiger Woods owes her money from the sale of a house that he bought earlier. Herman also said that he had been renting out the property in question for a long time.
Attorneys for Woods argued that their client had never signed a contract with Herman and that Woods had never been anything more than a houseguest at Herman's home.
The lawsuit that Herman has filed against the golfer is the most recent in a string of complaints that have been lodged against him. Tiger Woods has, in many respects, lived his entire life under the scrutiny of the public.

Tiger Woods' relationship with Erica Herman
In 2017, not long after the conclusion of his divorce proceedings with Nordegren, Tiger Woods started a relationship with Erica Herman.
Herman ran a few of the places that Woods went to back then. She was a frequent guest at golf tournaments and other events hosted by Woods, and the nature of her friendship with Woods was well publicized. Herman was there when Tiger Woods won the Masters for the sixth time in 2018.
Erica Herman's lawsuit against Tiger Woods
Erica Herman's accusation is based on the fact that Tiger Woods purchased a home in the state of Florida in 2018. Herman said that she was in charge of both keeping the property in good shape and paying the annual fee.
She also said that Woods broke their agreement when he didn't give her a share of the money from the sale of the house. Legal representatives for Woods say that there was never any such agreement and that Herman was only a houseguest at all times.
At this point, the judge can't decide what will happen in the case between Woods and Herman. As the investigation continues, it's possible that in the coming weeks and months, new information about the case will come to light.
