5 cheap and cheerful cruising cars in GTA Online that fans love
The number of cars in GTA Online has increased majorly over the years. Despite Rockstar Games removing nearly 200 of them with the San Andreas Mercenaries update in 2023, the title's vehicular catalog still seems endless. While the best ones are often quite expensive, there are a few economical cars that fans love to cruise in.
Reddit user u/N7Mogrit recently asked the GTA Online community about their favorite inexpensive cars on the platform and there were some interesting answers in the comments. So, here is a list of the five cheap and cheerful cruise cars in GTA Online that fans love.

Benefactor Feltzer and 4 other cheap and cheerful cruise cars in GTA Online that fans love
1) Imponte Phoenix
The Imponte Phoenix is one of the oldest cars in the Grand Theft Auto series, having appeared in titles like San Andreas, Vice City, and Vice City Stories before Grand Theft Auto 5 and Online. Based on the Chevy Camaro and the Pontiac Firebird, to some extent, it is decently fast.
The Phoenix is one of the rarest cars in GTA Online and players can get it for free by stealing it from NPCs. Those interested should look for Phoenix in areas like Terminal, around Maze Bank Arena, Cypress Flats, and East Vinewood Parking.
2) Ocelot F620
The Ocelot F620 is a Coupes Car in Grand Theft Auto Online and is seemingly a mix of the Jaguar XK and Maserati GranTurismo. It is pretty quick, but keeping it under control at high speeds can be a little tricky. Nevertheless, fans seem to love cruising around in this vehicle.
In the past, one could buy the vehicle for a price of $80,000; but it was later removed from GTA Online websites in 2023. Now, the Ocelot F620 can be stolen from NPCs in areas like the Del Perro Pier, Galileo Observatory, and Burton.
3) Benefactor Feltzer
Benefactor Feltzer is a Sports Car in GTA Online that looks like Rockstar's iteration of the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG. It is a really fast car and also handles very well, which has likely contributed to fans' love. Interestingly, GTA San Andreas features a car named Feltzer as well, but it looks very different.
Unfortunately, Feltzer was removed with the San Andreas Mercenaries update in 2023, and can't be stolen from NPCs in the GTA Online. Before that; however, players could buy it for $145,000; which may not feel cheap but can be considered pocket change when compared to the costs of cars like the new Canis Castigator.
4) Bravado Banshee
The Bravado Banshee has appeared in almost every Grand Theft Auto title and was also seen in the first Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer. The vehicle seems to have been inspired by the Dodge Viper and is among the fastest cheap cars in GTA Online. The Banshee is as fast as the brand-new Overflod Pipistrello in terms of top speed.
Additionally, players can equip Bravado Banshee with HSW upgrades in the game's PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions to make it go even faster. The car is available for purchase on Legendary Motosport or Benny's Original Motor Works and costs just $105,000.
5) Karin Kuruma
Before appearing in Grand Theft Auto 5 and Online, Karin Kuruma was seen in Grand Theft Auto 3 and Liberty City Stories. In the earlier titles, it looked a little different from its latest iteration. The current version seems to have been based on the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X and the 2015 Subaru WRX STi.
Those interested in getting this cheap and cheerful cruising car in GTA Online will have to log onto Southern San Andreas Super Autos and pay Kuruma's full price of $126,350 or a Trade Price of $95,000. It also has an armored variant with near-complete bulletproof windows, but that version isn't exactly cheap.
