5 ways to eliminate the need of GTA Online Shark Cards in day-to-day hustle
Many GTA Online players believe that Shark Cards are necessary to expand their criminal empire in the game. However, that's definitely not the case, as there are multiple ways to make up for the low income you usually get from your various properties. If you work smart in Grand Theft Auto Online, you'll never need to rely on Shark Cards. To ensure this, there are several steps you can take on a daily basis.
This can range from taking advantage of weekly bonuses, making the right investments, playing the most profitable heists, and so on. In light of this, we've put forward a list of methods that make Shark Cards unnecessary in GTA Online.

How to make the most of GTA Online without Shark Cards
1) Make use of event weeks
Every GTA Online weekly update comes with a new set of bonuses and discounts. They offer upto 3x and even 4x bonus cash and RP on some game modes during a particular week. You can take advantage of them by playing these game modes or missions as much as you can while the bonuses are active. Of course, not all weeks are equally good, so you'll have to keep watch for the ones that are more profitable.
The discounts can also be quite useful and shouldn't be ignored. You'll often find many of the businesses having some type of discounts on their base or upgrade prices. This will reduce the overall investment you make on them, which can usually get quite high.
2) Start with the most profitable heists
When it comes to heists in GTA Online, you'll have to choose profit over fun. Now, this doesn't mean that the most profitable heists aren't fun, but personal preferences can vary whereas the money earned doesn't. As such, the Cayo Perico Heist is your first target, and despite its nerf, the payouts are still quite good.
Then comes the Diamond Casino Heist, which requires at least two players. However, it is often considered one of the most fun heists in the game.
3) Make the most of your time
Time is everything in GTA Online, and it's more valuable than money. Many players underestimate the importance of time, but if you have an efficient schedule for the game, you'll be rich in no time. You don't necessarily need to play the same jobs over and over again. There's a cooldown that starts after almost every major mission or heist in the game.
As such, the ideal schedule has to make use of these cooldowns. Play something else when your main moneymaking heist is in cooldown. This could be Dispatch Work, Payphone Hits, or something else.
4) Buy the businesses and upgrades you need
There are many profitable properties in GTA Online, but they can get expensive. These also come with steep upgrade prices, some of which can be necessary to turn a tidy profit. As such, you'll have to plan ahead before buying a business and avoid purchasing the ones that won't be profitable without considerable investments.
For starting out, get something that is cheap and can generate profit from the get-go. The Salvage Yard and the Bail Bonds Office are good examples of properties that don't need too much money to start generating profits.
5) Avoid wasting money on cosmetics
Clothes are important in GTA Online because they allow you to express yourself or roleplay a specific character. However, some can be ridiculously expensive, and it's best to avoid buying these unless you have too much money to spend.
If you want to make the most of your in-game money, buy only the necessities or the reasonably priced clothing and leave the rest. One or two expensive clothes may not look like much, but they can soon add up as you would naturally want matching pieces to go with them.
