The achievements in GTA 5 can be divided into two categories: normal and hidden achievements. While the normal achievements can be checked on the game page from the beginning, Rockstar hid some of them as they are related to missions.

While the achievements are the same for both PC and Xbox consoles, the latter gives you different GameScore (G) points for different achievements. The ‘Solid Gold, Baby!’ achievement is a little difficult to complete, as you will have to earn 70 Gold Medals.
