Here's a step-by-step process on how to start GTA Online Rhino Hunt Adversary Mode:

To start Rhino Hunt, simply pause the game and go to the Online menu.
From here, go to Jobs > Play Job > Rockstar Created > Adversary Mode.
You'll find a list of Adversary Modes in alphabetical order, so you'll find Rhino Hunt I, II, and III near the end.

Rhino Hunt features the Rhino Tank, and you can earn up to 2x cash and RP with this week's GTA Online weekly update. There are two teams, divided into Rhinos and Hunters. While players on the Rhino team will use a Rhino tank, Hunters can choose between different types of air and land vehicles, depending on the map. Here's the official description:

"How many foot soldiers does it take to take out a tank? Find out when a team, in vehicles and armed only with sticky bombs, tries to stop one or two players in a Rhino."

To win, Hunters, who are armed only with Sticky Bombs, have to eliminate all Rhinos under three minutes. Rhinos have a higher-than-usual damage resistance while Hunters have unlimited lives. The match is held in a large open space, such as the LSIA, with several ramps and gates.

If the Rhinos manage to survive for three minutes, they win the round. Meanwhile, staying outside the play area for more than 20 seconds will get you disqualified.

Here are the three different GTA Online Rhino Hunt Adversary Modes:

Rhino Hunt I — Fort Zancudo. Runners can use Cargobobs, Titans, and P-996 LAZERs.
Rhino Hunt II — Redwood Lights Track. Runners can use Mallards.
Rhino Hunt III — Los Santos International Airport. Runners can use Luxor Deluxes and SuperVolitos.

Rhino Hunt needs at least two players to start, and there can be a maximum of eight players.
