A new GTA Online weekly update has begun today, December 19, 2024, putting new free vehicles on offer. For those interested, Rockstar Games has selected Western Powersurge as this week's Diamond Casino Podium Vehicle. Furthermore, Emperor Vectre is up for grabs as the LS Car Meet Prize Ride. Both offers last through January 1, 2025.
To claim them for free, players must fulfill some requirements. To win the Podium Vehicle, they must spin the Diamond Casino Lucky Wheel, and land on the free vehicle option. For the Prize Ride, they must rank within the top 5 in an LS Car Meet Series race for four days in a row.

GTA Online Podium Vehicle: Western Powersurge (December 19, 2024 to January 1, 2025)
The December 19, 2024, GTA Online weekly update has made Western Powersurge the Diamond Casino Podium Vehicle. Motorcycles are very rarely put there, so this is a good opportunity to get one for free. The bike also costs $1,605,000; getting it this way would save quite a bit of cash.
That said, winning podium vehicles isn't exactly easy. While one only needs to spin the casino's Lucky Wheel, the odds of a favorable outcome are low, and the wheel can only be spun once every 24 hours (real-time).
Western Powersurge (likely based on the 2019 Harley-Davidson LiveWire) is one of the best motorcycles in the game. Among its top features is its 130.00 mph top speed post full degradation, as per popular YouTuber Broughy1322's performance tests.
Prize Ride of the week: Emperor Vectre (December 19, 2024 to January 1, 2025)
This week's GTA Online LS Car Meet Prize Ride is Emperor Vectre. It seems to be based on the Lexus RC F, and can hit a decent top speed of 115.25 mph post full degradation, per Broughy1322. It usually costs $1,785,000; and has a $1,338,750 Trade Price.
As already mentioned, players must finish within the top 5 in an LS Car Meet Series race for four days in a row to win Emperor Vectre for free this week. Fulfilling this requirement should be pretty easy.
