GTA Online Quest is currently live, giving an exclusive reward to PC players
It’s 2024, and GTA Online is booming; however, the developer Rockstar Games still seems to be trying to find new ways of expanding its reach. On August 8, 2024, the company initiated a unique GTA Online Quest exclusively for PC players. In this challenge, you must complete a certain objective and unlock an exclusive reward via Discord, the popular messaging and VoIP social platform.
While the initial GTA Online Quest is said to be available only for the US, some PC players from other regions can also access it.
GTA Online Quest via Discord: Available until August 14, 2024
As can be seen in the screenshot above, the GTA Online Quest is live on PC, and you have an opportunity to unlock a Los Santos Avatar Decoration for two months. You need to play Grand Theft Auto Online for 15 minutes with Discord, but first, accept the challenge from Discord by 11:59 PM UTC, August 14, 2024. You can use the following link and accept the challenge if you reside in the US or other supported regions:

Keep in mind that once accepted, you must keep your Discord app open while playing Grand Theft Auto Online. If completed successfully, you can claim the Los Santos avatar decoration using the following method:
- Go to User Settings (Cogwheel sign) in the lower left corner
- Select Gift Inventory
- Choose Claim Reward in the banner itself
An alternate method to claim the reward is by selecting Claim Reward from the Quest bar. The last date to redeem the exclusive item will be September 14, 2024. Here’s what the website says about the reward:
“The Los Santos avatar decoration is a limited-time avatar decoration and will only be yours as an avatar decoration until October 14, 2024. After this date, you will no longer have access to this avatar decoration.”
One important thing to note is that this Quests feature is only available on the browser or desktop app. Mobile app users can't access the challenge or any other available ones.
