GTA San Andreas is still one of the beloved video game titles not only among the Grand Theft Auto community but also for other gaming fans. Two brand new mods have appeared on the internet, adding iconic things from GTA San Andreas to the world of Black Myth: Wukong and Assassin’s Creed Unity. The former swaps The Destined One with CJ with AK-47 while the latter ports the entire San Andreas map into the world of Assassin’s Creed.

GTA San Andreas mod for Black Myth: Wukong: CJ with AK-47 in hand

Black Myth: Wukong was released on August 20, 2024, for PS5 and PC. It tells the story of the warrior, The Destined One. However, someone found a way to replace the character with CJ from GTA San Andreas using a mod.

As can be seen in the video dated September 9, 2024, published by Dush on YouTube, the mod replaces The Destined One with CJ and the Sacred Destiny, Erland, with Big Smoke.

Both the modded characters look like their PS2 counterparts, while the AK-47 replaces a magic staff.

While the particular mod is seemingly not available for public use at the time of writing, players can check other mods for Black Myth Wukong from sites like Nexus Mods.

GTA San Andreas mod for Assassin’s Creed Unity: Los Santos map

While there have been many GTA mods for Assassin’s Creed games in the past, this one brings the beloved Los Santos into Assassin’s Creed Unity.

YouTuber Sliderv2 shared a video on September 18, 2024, where they showed Arno Victor Dorian, Assassin’s Creed Unity's protagonist, running around Los Santos, Southern San Andreas.

As described by the modder, this mod is a test for checking AC Unity’s modding capabilities in its current state. Keep in mind that this application doesn’t seem to be available for public use either; however, it’s great to see modders bringing back iconic stuff from Grand Theft Auto San Andreas into other games.
