Rockstar announces brand new GTA Online Winter DLC 2024
Rockstar Games surprised everyone today by announcing a brand new GTA Online Winter DLC 2024. In a newswire post released on November 1, 2024, the developer revealed the first information about the upcoming December update, including a brand new business, new missions, a new community challenge, and more. Fans can also expect to see some gameplay improvements like last year.

GTA Online Winter DLC 2024 update: Official details revealed so far
As can be seen above, Rockstar Games shared the newswire post on X, announcing the upcoming GTA Online Winter DLC 2024. First and foremost, they highlighted a brand new business that will be operational in the Darnell Bros Garment Factory. Here’s what they stated regarding the same:
“The notorious Darnell Bros Garment Factory front is under new management. With the aid of helmsman Pavel and a former FIB officer turned independent contractor, you’ll convert it into a hive for clandestine infiltration operations where you can launch a bevy of thrilling and strategic new robberies.”
According to the developer, these new missions will be accessible from the computer terminal located inside the Garment Factory itself or remotely via a brand-new app on the phone.
The GTA Online December Update 2024 will also add the following to the popular multiplayer title:
- New Dispatch Work missions
- New vehicles
- New Job Creator updates
- New upgrades for Terrorbyte like Collectible Scanner
The last one will help players gather collectibles like Action Figures, G’s Cache drops, Movie Props, and probably Shipwreck too.
As per the newswire post, gamers can expect to see more updates and enhancements to improve the gameplay experience. Without sharing much about it, the developer revealed that the Body Armor stock will automatically refill when launching missions after the GTA Online Winter DLC 2024.
Furthermore, Rockstar also announced a new community challenge to arrive in November 2024. Successfully completing it will unlock special rewards next month with the DLC.
Rockstar Games has also announced that they will be bringing PS5 and Xbox Series X/S features to the PC version in the New Year. They ended by promising more weekly events for the game in the following manner:
