The Script Hook V Critical Error is caused by using an outdated version of the tool with an updated version of GTA 5. So, you will also require an updated version of Script Hook V for things to work as intended.
In a nutshell, you will have to download a fresh (and updated) version of the tool and install it where Grand Theft Auto 5 is installed on your PC. This should fix the Script Hook V Critical Error.
An easy way to check if the correct version has been installed is by hovering your mouse cursor over the application icon (located where the game is installed) and checking its File version. The value mentioned there should be the same as the File version of your downloaded ScriptHookV.dll.
