Men's Senior National Hockey Championship 2024: Full schedule, match timings, and live-streaming details
The Men's Senior National Hockey Championship 2024 is scheduled to be held from November 4 to 16 at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Hockey Stadium in Chennai.
31 state teams will play 53 matches across 13 days in the Hockey Senior Nationals 2024 in Chennai.
Hockey Punjab, Dadra & Nagar Haveli & Daman & Diu Hockey, and Chhattisgarh Hockey are drawn in Pool A of the competition. Pool B consists of Hockey Haryana, Telangana Hockey, Hockey Himachal, and Mizoram Hockey.
Hosts Hockey Unit of Tamil Nadu are pitted in Pool C alongside Hockey Madhya Pradesh, Hockey Andhra Pradesh, and Hockey Andaman & Nicobar.
Hockey Uttarakhand, Tripura Hockey, Hockey Chandigarh, Hockey Karnataka form Pool D. Meanwhile, Hockey Association of Odisha, Le Puducherry Hockey, Hockey Rajasthan, and Arunachal Hockey are drawn in Pool E of the Men's Senior National Hockey Championship 2024.
Uttar Pradesh Hockey, Delhi Hockey, Hockey Kerala, and Hockey Jammu & Kashmir are pitted in Pool F, while Pool G includes Hockey Jharkhand, Hockey Maharashtra, Goans Hockey, and Hockey Gujarat.
Manipur Hockey, Hockey Bihar, Hockey Bengal, and Assam Hockey are the four teams in Pool H.
Each team will play all opponents in their respective pools once in the league stage. The group stage will conclude on Monday (November 11) and the top team from each pool will qualify for the quarterfinals.
The quarterfinals will be staged on Wednesday (November 13), while the semis are scheduled for Friday (November 15). The winner of the semis will lock horns with each other for the trophy on Saturday (November 16) at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Hockey Stadium in Chennai.
