Women's Asian Champions Trophy 2024 Points Table: Updated standings after India vs Malaysia, Match 3

China are placed atop the Women's Asian Champions Trophy 2024 points table following a massive 15-0 victory over Thailand on the competition's opening day on Monday (November 11). They thus have a goal difference of +15, having scored 15 and conceded none thus far in the tournament.

Hosts India are placed second in the Women's Asian Champions Trophy standings with three points and a goal difference of +4. They registered a 4-0 victory against Malaysia in their tournament opener, courtesy of a brace from Sangita Kumari, and one goal each from Preeti and Udita in the third quarter.

Japan and South Korea are placed third and fourth, respectively, with one point each. The two sides played out a well-fought 2-2 draw in Match 1 of the Women's Asian Champions Trophy 2024.

Saki Tanaka (5') and Natsumi Oshima (35') were the goal scores for Japan, while Park Mi-hyun (12') and Lee Yu-jin (57') got their names on the score sheet for South Korea.

Both nations have a goal difference of zero, having scored and conceded a couple of goals each. Malaysia, on the other hand, are fifth with zero points and a score difference of -4.

Meanwhile, Thailand are languishing at the bottom of the standings, courtesy of the humiliating defeat against China by 15 goals. They have zero points and a goal difference of -15.
