
Taylor Hall plays as a left winger for the Carolina Hurricanes as of 2025. He began his NHL career with the Edmonton Oilers and broke two of Wayne Gretzky’s franchise records. He scored the fastest hat trick from the start of a game on March 30, 2013, and netted two goals just eight seconds apart on October 17, 2013. Hall was traded to the New Jersey Devils on June 29, 2016, for defenseman Adam Larsson. In the 2017–18 season, Hall had a career-best performance and won the Hart Trophy as NHL MVP after leading the Devils to the playoffs.
