Matt Hardy shares his honest thoughts about TNA (Exclusive)

Matt Hardy had some high praise for TNA recently. According to him, his own career in pro wrestling has some striking similarities to the promotion's run.

Matt has been famous for being ever-evolving in his wrestling career, changing and adapting gimmicks to suit different eras of the business. His time in various promotions, including TNA, saw him come up with some truly unique ideas. Consequentially, he has been able to maintain his star power and prominence in the industry for the most part.

Speaking in an exclusive interview with Kevin Kellam for Sportskeeda Wrestling, Matt talked about how their current promotion has similarly displayed phenomenal endurance. He said:

"(Total Nonstop Action wrestling is) still the ultimate outlaw promotion and is still on TV. You know it's very much like Matt Hardy, it will not die. And that is one thing to TNA's credit. And right now, there's been so many great additions talent-wise there. You know Joe Hendry, he's gotten so hot right now and so much of his stuff is viral. Nic Nemeth is doing an amazing job as a champion." [7:02 onwards]

Matt Hardy also talked about his future plans with Jeff Hardy in TNA

While Matt and Jeff have been around the world in their pro wrestling careers, their current goal is to have a spectacular run in TNA wrestling.

Speaking in the same interview with Kevin Kellam for Sportskeeda, Matt talked about what his long-term goals were, and how he wanted The Hardys to progress down the line.

"I think uh, really important that we have a great tag team run here at TNA. You know maybe ultimately do some WWE stuff and have a great closing moment there and do Hall of Fame. I mean we are really enjoying what we are doing and we just, we are at the stage in our career where on top of wanting to cement our legacy, we want to try and get back and work with younger guys. The generation beneath us." [2:06 onwards]

As of now, it remains to be seen what The Hardys plan to do next.
